Orders & Shipping
All orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days unless noted otherwise on the product page. Custom orders can take an additional 3-5 business days to complete and we appreciate your patience. We will notify you as soon as it is ready and on the way!
We reserve the right to cancel any order if we are unable to complete it. However, we may contact you to see if we can provide alternative options.
Once your order has completed processing and it ready to ship, it can take an additional 2-7 days to receive. Please note, during peak shipping seasons, such as in December, these delivery times are generally 7-14 business days. Please keep this in mind when ordering your items. If you need expedited processing and shipping, we will try to accommodate your request as best as possible.
Returns
For items that are not defective or damaged:
These can be refunded for the purchase price if returned within 14 days of delivery. However, a shipping charge (up to $10) and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted. We will be happy to provide you with a return label upon request.
Defective or Damaged items:
Please contact us. We will work with you to determine how we can make this right. Most often, we will resend a replacement at no charge.
Exchanges may require additional shipping costs and will ship when the original item is received.
If you need to cancel an item, you may do so before the order is marked as shipped for a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can make adjustments as necessary.
